The Illinois Housing Development Authority finances the creation and the preservation of affordable housing throughout the state and increases the supply of decent and safe places for people of low or moderate means to live.
IHDA came to us to design their annual report. They wanted to break away from their existing stigma of being a bureaucratic agency while also highlighting the different people they work with and help. From the homeless shelters and adoption agencies, to unions and single family homes, we showed how much a home means to everyone through clear content and custom photography that took us all over our great state of Illinois
